HOW TO PIN COMMENTS AND BULK DELETE COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM POSTS

Instagram just recently announced that they’ve rolled out a new feature that is supposed to help control as well as enhance the community engagement and communication in the comment section.

How to Bulk Delete Comments

  1. Update Instagram App: The first thing you need to do is make sure that you have updated your Instagram app to enable these features.
  2. Select the Post you want and head over to the comment section
  3. select multiple comment that you want to delete
  4. click on the trash button to delete.

How to Pin Comment on Post

  1. select and highlight a comment that you would want to pin
  2. Click on the Pin icon on the top left and that would immediately pin a comment and take it to the top.

also do note that the maximum amount of Pins you can have per post is three.

  4. Add and pin more details to your comments and then
  5. Pin a testimonial or feedback comment that is positive to your brand.
